How we handle the information you share with us on this website and the video data our customers process with CamTak. Last updated October 2026.

Website visitors
When you request a demo we collect your name, company, email, phone number and the details you type in the form. We use them only to reply to your request and to follow up about CamTak. We do not sell this information.
This site sets a session cookie needed for the contact form, and stores your colour theme choice in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Customer video data
- Video is analysed on the CamTak gateway at the customer’s site. Full recordings stay on the customer’s premises.
- Only event snapshots, short clips and event records are uploaded, and only to storage hosted in India.
- Face recognition is disabled by default. Customers who enable it are responsible for informing the people concerned and having a lawful basis.
- Evidence is deleted automatically at the end of the customer’s retention period.
- Access is limited by role and every view and export is logged.
